Since 1981, Community Health and Emergency Services, Inc. (CHESI) has provided comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health services to those in need of care, regardless of their ability to pay for service.
As we celebrate our 43rd year of service to southern Illinois, we ask YOU to help show how CHESI C.A.R.E.S. by helping us strengthen and expand Programs and Services addressing Social Determinants of Health impacting positive health outcomes regionwide.
Your CHESI C.A.R.E.S. Donation will help us better Assess and Address Patient Needs in areas of Transportation, Food Security, Housing Stability, Personal Safety, Utilities Access, Employment, Insurance Coverage, Disability Support, Caregiver Support and more.
Your donation can also support our Dr. Gemo Wong Scholarship fund for educational and experiential learning opportunities.
